Using People Skills 360 in Your Organization

If you have a number of individuals (one or a thousand) in an organization who would like to experience the People Skills 360 feedback, you need to do the following:

  1. Complete both the People Skills 360 Orientation (click here) and the People Skills 360 Qualifying Form (download MS Word format).
     
  2. Once approved, immediately use your qualified administrator link to set up your account.
     
  3. You can set up as many groups or run as many learning events as you would like. Just follow the instructions on the screen. Keep in mind you will need to identify either all or a select group from the 54 EQ competencies for each learning event.

With every assessment, each individual will receive a copy of the People Skills Handbook: Action Tips for Improving Your Emotional Intelligence which provides practical and useful tips to act on your People Skills 360 report results.

  • Cost effective: every step of administration, monitoring, and scoring your client reports is designed to save you time and effort. There are no “middle persons” between you, the client’s data, and the development report
